How does the 1st month guarantee work?
If we don't increase your revenue from email/SMS marketing in the first month of service, you don't pay.
Do you use our email account or is that provided?
Yes, you keep your existing email account and we send all email/SMS campaigns from there. You own all work and have complete visibility into everything going on in your campaigns.
Is it required that I use a certain email/SMS platform?
No, we work with all platforms including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Activecart, Postscript and more. However, we strongly prefer Klaviyo.
Are there minimum contracts?
No, there's no contract minimums, you can cancel anytime.
Do you use offshore talent?
No, all of our team members are U.S. based.
